A New York-based company and its owner have agreed to a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission on charges that it offered phony medical certifications of some products, the agency announced on June 21.
SmartClick Media, which does business as Doctor Trusted, and owner Robert Vozdecky have agreed to a penalty
